The Dutch Operator Fund has made a new investment in ImpactPilot, a HubSpot-native Customer Success platform for B2B SaaS teams. With this investment, the fund supports the next growth phase of a company that perfectly responds to a significant shift in the SaaS market: Customer Success is becoming increasingly strategic, data is becoming more decisive, and AI is finally mature enough to add real value.

About ImpactPilot

ImpactPilot helps B2B SaaS companies reduce churn, signal upsell opportunities, and better utilise customer data. All this is fully integrated into HubSpot. No extra tools, no separate dashboards, but Customer Success where teams are already working.

Why we invested

At Dutch Operator Fund, we invest in companies that build efficiently, have a clear product-market fit, and are led by strong operators. ImpactPilot meets all our criteria:

·        The right moment in the market
Retention has become mission-critical for SaaS companies. At the same time, data is becoming increasingly available and AI enables Customer Success to be designed proactively and scalably.

·        Strong performance
ImpactPilot was already profitable and quadrupled its revenue in the past year. This not only confirms market demand but also the quality of the product and the execution power of the team.

·        Proven founders
Founders Konstantin Goncharuk and Pieter Boon successfully built 24sessions, which was acquired by MessageBird. They bring in-depth SaaS and HubSpot expertise along with a strong product and customer focus.

·        Validation from customers
During our due diligence, we heard consistently positive feedback from customers. A clear signal that ImpactPilot is truly making an impact in the day-to-day operations of Customer Success teams.

€500K growth capital to accelerate

Although ImpactPilot was already profitable and therefore did not need to raise funds, a conscious choice was made for an investment of €500,000. The opportunity in the market is simply too great not to accelerate. Customer Success is at the beginning of a new phase, where data consolidation and AI will structurally make a difference. Dutch Operator Fund invests alongside a group of experienced SaaS angels who believe in the vision, the team, and the scalability of ImpactPilot.

Customers, team, and community

A compliment goes out to the customers, particularly the early customers who came on board before the product was fully ready. Their trust and feedback form the foundation of the company. The ImpactPilot team also deserves appreciation for the steps taken so far, as well as the broader Customer Success and HubSpot community for their continuous input and support.

Looking ahead

We are proud to support ImpactPilot in this next phase and look forward to building a category-defining Customer Success platform together.
